DANIEL LIVINGSTONE
Heading up the team is Daniel Livingstone, whose track record over 14 years demonstrates his entrepreneurial outlook and calculated approach to real estate and property development.
Prior to founding Stoneview Capital, Daniel headed up Pimlico Capital, and was a Director of Nexus Properties in the UK.
Daniel has been involved in property development, sourcing, and structuring of investments in UK, US and mainland Europe, transacting in over USD $550million worth of real estate projects and building relationships globally.
These relationships facilitate partnering with 'best in class' developers and industry professionals through qualitative personal and professional knowledge of them and their track records.
Daniel holds a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester.
TESSA LAUE
Originally from Australia, Tessa Laue comes from a real estate development background within residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. With over 9 years real estate experience and a passion for the industry, she has operated across acquisitions, development feasibilities & cashflows, hotel development consulting and research, fundraising and marketing, and corporate structuring.
Tessa holds a Bachelor in Business Management and Real Estate Economics from the University of Queensland
David Cameron
A dual-qualified Hong Kong solicitor and New York attorney advising on corporate matters and financial transactions across Asia and based out of Hong Kong, for the last 12 years. Previously working in multiple UK 'magic circle' firms and more recently, a Partner at an 'Am Law 100' US law firm.
David hold’s three graduate degrees, a JD, an MBA and an MA, from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Georgetown University.
